Misinformation is false information that was created by someone who did not have the intention of causing harm. The person does not realize that what they are saying is untrue, but they can still cause damage. An example of this was when Covid-19 first started spreading, people believed that Corona beer caused the virus to spread, and they started boycotting the company.
